  1. 1-Year Limited Equipment Warranty

    Your equipment is protected against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery.

  2. Canada-Wide Parts Support

    If an approved warranty issue occurs, Elevate will provide the replacement parts needed to get your equipment back in operation.

  3. Remote Technical Support

    Our team will help diagnose equipment issues and guide you through troubleshooting and warranty claims.

  4. Simple Warranty Claims

    Contact Elevate with your order number, equipment serial number, and details of the issue. Photos or video may be requested to help us quickly diagnose the problem.

  5. No Surprise Fine Print

    Our warranty is designed to be straightforward. Normal wear, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs, and consumable components are not covered.

Warranty covers approved replacement parts. Labour, travel and freight are not included unless authorized in writing.

  • No restocking fee on returns within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, a 20% restocking fee applies.
  • Shipping damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

How is freight charged?

Freight is quoted to your address, anywhere in Canada. We confirm the freight cost with you before your order ships. You can also pick up in Calgary, by appointment.

How long is the warranty, and what does it cover?

Equipment is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery. The warranty covers approved replacement parts only. Labour, travel and freight are not covered unless we authorize them in writing before the work is done. Batteries are covered by the battery manufacturer's warranty, where applicable.

Can I return my order?

Yes, with a Return Authorization from us before you send anything back. The product must be unused, in new, resalable condition and in its original packaging. There is no restocking fee on returns within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, a 20% restocking fee applies. The full terms are in our Return & Refund Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Check your shipment when it arrives. Shipping damage, missing items or an incorrect product must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Note visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt and take photos of the packaging and the equipment.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before they ship by contacting us. Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment or shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and our Return & Refund Policy applies.
